When will my heirloom be delivered?
Annual members can choose the month they’d like their heirloom delivered. As each piece is handcrafted and engraved by ANZAC veterans Duncan & Grant, we require approximately 9 weeks of lead time. We’ll contact you to confirm and schedule your build once you’ve joined.
Can I give this as a gift?
Absolutely. The Heirloom & Legacy Membership makes a thoughtful gift for parents, grandparents, or anyone who wants to preserve their family story in a meaningful way. Simply include the recipient’s details at checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest.

When will my heirloom be delivered? +
For Monthly Members, your handcrafted heirloom will be built and delivered once your 12th payment has been received.
Example: If your membership begins in November 2025, your 12th payment will occur in October 2026, and your heirloom will be crafted and shipped within 3 weeks of that date.
For Annual Members, a Ballard Bear team member will contact you to confirm your preferred delivery date and complimentary message engraving details.
Are memberships open for 2025? +
We’re honoured to share that our 2025 membership builds are now fully booked. Deliveries will resume in 2026.
