Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Keep in mind that all of our products are handmade. At times we will have items available to send immediately. If there is a large volume of orders, shipping may take a little longer because our craftsmen and craftswomen need to make these orders.

We love free shipping. Paying for shipping creates hassle in the mind. Therefore, we offer free shipping on all of our orders.
How do I check the status of my order?
We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. This email contains your package tracking number and the parcel carrier handling your shipment. You’ll be able to track your package by clicking on a button in that email.
Will my order arrive in one package?We will do our very best to ship everything together.
If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. In order to deliver your purchases to you as quickly and efficiently as possible, items that ship from the same location are grouped together. This could result in part of your order arriving at a different time, but still within the expected delivery window.
Can I ship to PO boxes?
We use Sendle to deliver our packages. Sendle can’t deliver to Australia Post-owned properties (this includes post offices, PO boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers or parcel collect locations) because Australia Post restricts delivery to these locations.
Sendle specialise in door-to-door delivery, which is why we need a physical street address. If a receiver is not home to sign for a parcel, it will either be left at the premises in a safe spot, delivered to a nearby location for collection or made available for a free redelivery.
Collection Points.
Collection points may include newsagents or service stations. These are offered as delivery locations. It is important to us that every parcel completes its Sendle journey safe and sound, but sometimes there are locations that may not have nearby collection points to make this possible. If this is the case, Sendle may opt to have these parcels returned to the sender.
