Your Membership Questions Answered
When will my heirloom be delivered? +
For Monthly Members, your handcrafted heirloom will be built and delivered once your 12th payment has been received. Example: If your membership begins in November 2025, your 12th payment will occur in October 2026, and your heirloom will be crafted and shipped within 3 weeks of that date.
For Annual Members, a Ballard Bear team member will contact you to confirm your preferred delivery date and complimentary message engraving details.
Are memberships open for 2025? +
Our 2025 membership builds are fully booked. Deliveries resume in 2026. You can still join now to secure your 2026 build slot. For special enquiries, email cs@ballardbear.com or use our Contact Page.
Is this a done-for-you, set-and-forget service? +
Yes. Ballard Bear is a concierge, done-for-you membership. Each year our craftsmen take care of everything—crafting, engraving and delivery—so you don’t have to organise a thing. Prefer to choose the specific heirloom or update engraving? Just tell us and we’ll tailor it exactly how you want.
Can I skip or cancel my membership? +
Yes. You can pause, skip, or cancel before your next renewal—no lock-ins or complications.
Do I choose the Heirloom each year? +
Your Build a Legacy Membership™ is a truly hassle-free, done-for-you concierge experience — a “set and forget” service designed to make gifting effortless.
Each year, our master craftsmen carefully select and create a new heirloom for you, ensuring it reflects the same craftsmanship, quality, and story your family cherishes.
You don’t have to organise a thing — we handle everything from design and engraving to delivery, so you can simply look forward to your heirloom arriving each year.
